Fall Festival & Craft Show - Canceled

This is a day for families and individuals to come enjoy Waycross and celebrate the fall season! We’ll have a pumpkin patch, face painting, chili, fried biscuits, craft & food vendors, hayrides, and so much more! Folk of all ages are invited to come and join in on the fun!
Artists, Writers & Readers Retreat #4
Come spend a weekend at Waycross to work on new or in-progress projects. Bring supplies and set up throughout our campus, spending the days working independently or with others, however is most fruitful for your creative process. In the evenings, there will be space for sharing, collaborating, and asking for feedback.

Winter Volunteer Weekend
Join us for a weekend at Waycross! We’ll be kicking off new projects and working together on ongoing efforts around the facility. There’s a variety of tasks for all skill levels, so bring your passion and talent. It will be a great chance to connect, have fun, get active, and enjoy a community filled weekend!
Volunteer Weekends are free and include meals and lodging. Registration is required so that we can make enough food to feed everyone!

March Quilt Camp
Bring your sewing machine and dive into uninterrupted stitching surrounded by fellow quilters. Enjoy time to “sew-cialize,” share tips and advice, and be inspired by one another’s creativity. We’ll add in a few quilting games and plenty of laughter to make this weekend both productive and fun!

Alumni Work Camp
If you’ve ever been on the summer camp staff at Waycross, this weekend is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with the camp community. Alumni from all generations come together to get Waycross ready for the upcoming camp season, as well as support other ongoing projects. Plus, there is social time in the evenings where you can make new friends with other alum and catch up with old ones!
Alumni Work Camp is free and meals are included, but registration is required so that we can make enough food to feed everyone!

Women’s Weekend
We invite the women in our community to join us at Waycross for a weekend filled with fellowship, meaningful reflection, and renewal. We’ll have conversations centered around our annual theme guided by our chaplain team, campfires, social time, free time to explore and sabbath time. This is a weekend to rest, reflect, and reconnect - with yourself, with others, with nature, and with God.

Spend the weekend surrounded by nature, with classic camp activities like campfires, worship, games, and outdoor adventures - plus plenty of time to relax and unwind at your own pace. Whether you want to dive into all the action or simply enjoy the peaceful setting, this weekend is yours to enjoy.
Join us for a refreshing weekend filled with fun, adventure and community. Waycross staff will lead a variety of activities, and participants are encouraged to take part as much or as little as they like.
