Head Cook

Position purpose: Prepare and serve meals according to menus as directed by the Director of Hospitality, acting as support when Director of Hospitality is present. Oversee supervision of all aspects of food service when Director of Hospitality is not present.


Seasonal Kitchen Position

Camp Staff

At Waycross we have a quality, professional and caring staff.  Staff members are chosen based on maturity, responsibility, and their experience working with children and teens. Prior to camp, staff members will participate in training to develop teamwork skills, supervision skills, and understand health procedures at Waycross, and other relevant information.
