Waycross’ policy is that no individual be denied a camping experience due to financial reasons. Waycross scholarships are made available through generous gifts to the Waycross Annual Appeal Fund. In addition to Waycross scholarships, many other parishes and organizations in the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis provide scholarship programs for children in their congregation and community to attend camp.
Receiving Financial Assistance
Contact the Waycross office about receiving a scholarship by calling 812.597.4241, emailing rebecca@waycrossccc.org, or filling out the form below. We will work with you to establish a customized scholarship partnership.
Setting up a Parish Scholarship Fund
Partner with Waycross to set up a camp scholarship fund in your parish or community! Scholarship partnerships at the local level help us use our limited Waycross funds to send more campers to camp. We can work with your congregation to develop a program that is streamlined with our registration process and provides opportunities for outreach and support in your community.
