Fall Festival at Waycross!

 

We hope you will join us on September 28th from 11am-3pm for our first Fall Festival in several years! Please RSVP to help us gauge how many folks to prepare for.

Activities We will have many activities available during the Fall Festival! These include (but aren’t limited to!) a hayride to/from the pumpkin patch, a haunted house, food stations, games, a dunk tank, and face painting. Most of our activities or food will be purchased through tickets. *Unfortunately, the haunted house had to be canceled this year. We are hopeful for next year!

Tickets Tickets will be $1.50 each. Bundle deals include 20 tickets for $20 and 50 tickets for $45! Tickets will be available for purchase at two locations: in front of the Main House and on the Assembly Building Porch (facing the Waycross Way). Cash, card, or check will be accepted.

Parking You may park in the designated area near the playground (between Dixon Hall and the Golf Course). There will be limited parking in the Conference Center parking lots.


Extras Fresh Waycross Cookies will be for sale on the Assembly Building porch! These will be $22 for a Baker’s Dozen (13 cookies); chocolate chip only.

Dunk Tank: All proceeds from the Dunk Tank will go towards the Save the Retreat House Fundraiser. The Dunk Tank will not take tickets, but rather cash/card to dunk whomever is in the tank at that time.
