Cancellation Policy
To secure a group’s Reservation Agreement, a 20% deposit based upon the minimum number of guests booked is due within 2 weeks of receipt of this agreement, with a signed contract. All other requested documents are due within 2 weeks of the event.
Deposits and Cancellations Upon receipt of the Reservations Agreement and initial deposit, Waycross secures the group’s requests. If a group must cancel, Waycross asks that cancellations be made as soon as possible. Please note the following: • If a group cancels 90 or more days prior to the event, Waycross will refund one-half of the initial • If a group cancels 89-75 days prior to the event, Waycross will refund one-quarter of the initial • If a group cancels 74 days or less prior to the event, no refund of the deposit will be made.
Deposits, partial or in full, for cancelled events may not be used for future retreats. The deposit is used to make up for the lost revenue for the dates agreed upon in this Reservation Agreement. If you book within 90 days of your event, we will work with you to create a reasonable cancellation policy.
Emergency Cancellations: In the event Waycross must cancel a program for any reason (weather, fire, national or natural emergency, etc.) all deposits will be returned or transferred to another date within one (1) year.
