Cancellation Policy 

All reservations are considered guaranteed upon receipt of the  deposit (equal to 20% of guaranteed fee) and the reservation agreement which has been signed by an authorized person from the sponsoring organization.  Changes in registration numbers or cancellations may be made at any time according to the terms of the cancellation policy schedule below.  Additions may be added if space is available with no penalty.

Cancellation Policy

• 75 or more days prior to the event: 10% of the guaranteed fee
• 74 - 30 days prior to the event: 60% of the guaranteed fee
• 29 - 8 days prior to the event: 80% of the guaranteed fee
• 7 days or less prior to the event: 100% of the guaranteed fee
